An agnostic chap based in Islamabad for the past few years. Working a full-time job too but I try to take frequent sanity checks via hiking and cycling activities which thankfully are easily accessible here. As a result, I’ve become active here in the local groups which are a fun way to meet folks of all sorts of backgrounds and age groups.

Honestly, meeting fellow travellers is sort of like a meeting of kindred spirits of sorts at times. Such a pleasure to connect and be exposed to experiences and diverse ways of thinking. We’re all trying to make sense of the world in our own respective ways so sometimes it’s nice to compare those notes as well

Tolkien’s a guilty pleasure so the annual reread tradition is still quite a thing for me; fantasy stuff is primarily something I focus on as well since the world is already too dreary for me to read up on politics and stuff of a more serious nature
