Hi! My name is Omar Zammar, I'm a Syrian Peruvian living in Lima Peru since 2016. I'm married to my beautiful Peruvian wife Mariana.

I experienced Couchsurfing for the first in 2016 in Turkey and it was a great experience.
I love traveling and meeting new people and learning about new cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always had one dream since I was I little kid: to travel the world and see and learn about everything. With Couchsurfing, I can meet with people from the country and we can share different experiences.

And now, as we finally have a small place to share with travelers, we can be hosts so we can pay back in a way and help other travelers achieve their dreams.

I can teach something about Syrian food and the Arabic language, and a lot of Peruvian food and things, Spanish language.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can prepare food (hummus, shawarma) and some Peruvian dishes.
