With the fear of sounding too typical and basic: I, too, like to travel and meet new people, I am currently attempting to circumnavigate the globe without using planes. I talk a lot, probably more than I should, but I also listen more so I think it kinda evens out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am sure I am not the only one who looks around his area and thinks how would he explain its history to a stranger; this is one reason why I host people. There is also the chance to meet people from all over the world.

Oh, also hotels are too expensive.

I crossed the largest continuous desert in the world on camelbacks in an actual camel caravan, took us about a month.
