Overview
About Me
I'm a young Italo-Chinese-Argentinian-Uruguayan that loves to meet and learn from new people.
I have a lifelong traveller history. Born in Hong Kong, lived in France, Switzerland, Argentina and the US before turning 5 years old; finally then arrived and settled in Uruguay. With just 18 y.o. I moved to New Zealand looking for myself. Travelled to Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Europe and Canada on tourism (mostly backpacking). And just recently came back from a year living/working in New York.
I enjoy life outdoors; camping, hiking, sailing and recently bike riding. I always have an adventurous trip in mind that keeps me busy. Next one will be biking/camping from Osorno (Chile) to Ushuaia (Argentina).
I am passionate about science, extremely curious. I can spend hours talking about the cool stuff we discover and pioneer in my research projects (not brag (?)).
I enjoy food life; tasting typical dishes from wherever I go, experiencing new cultures thru food and cooking to share my own (mostly Italian).
My life has been shaped enormously by philosophy (mostly buddhism and stoicism) and personal experiences. One of the most enriching parts of life is learning from other people's experiences, habits, ways-of-living and perspectives on life. I get very enriched by sharing this stories.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As I mention in the last paragraph, learning from other people has been one of the most enriching experiences throughout my life. I Couchsurf to meet new people during my trips and come back home with a more complete experience.
Interests
Meeting new people, travelling.
Camping, hiking, sailing, bike-riding, running, swimming and nature photograph.
How science can transform people's life, pushing for a healthier (physically and mentally) world.
Philosophy, buddhism, stoicism, meditation.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a wide spectrum of musical tastes, depending on the day. I can go from chill-hop music to cuarteto (a dancing genre typical from Cordoba, Argentina). A big fan of romantic hispanic music (Sabina, Silvio Rodriguez, Serrat), Latin American soft RAP and sometimes classical music.
I don't have a movie that I am big fan of, but I enjoy old pictures.
All my favorite books have been philosophical essays.
