Hosted a lot of times, surfed a few times. All positive experiences.

Music: I listen to all kinds of music, from black metal to 70's psychedelic rock, pop, rock, punk, acoustic folk, a bit of rap, and more.

Movies: Enjoy all kinds of movies, from big Hollywood ones to obscure European movies that only 5 people have heard of.

Books: Books by Dostoyevski. Brothers Karamazov, Crime and Punishment, Memoirs from the House of the Dead, Notes from the Underground, The Idiot, The Gambler etc.
Albert Camus - The Stranger, The Myth of Sisyphus.
Lord of the Rings, 1984, H.P. Lovecraft books are some of my older favorites.
