I'm Jaya Bhandari Trekking Guide(Reiki Master Usui komyo ,Yoga Teacher,Trek Leader) Working as trekking and mountain tour Guide /Leader throughout the country since almost 1993. After a successful completion of special tour /trekking guide training course conducted by the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management I was formally granted the legal status of a tour / trekking guide. During the course of my profession since 1991, I have guided more than 700 tour and trekking trips to the various parts of the country ranging from a simple city sightseeing tours to the most arduous high altitude trekking trips into the high Himalayas of Nepal including a number of trips to Sikkim, Bhutan and Ladakh. Within Nepal I have also guided many jungle safaris, rafting, bird watching, psycho- spiritual tours which have enabled me to gain substantial field experiences in these adventure activities. Also trained in trekking and touring in mountain, eco-tourism, impact of tourism in society and experimental peak climbing, I naturally hold significant experiences and expertise in the adventure holiday activities. Considering the demand and ever growing interest of a number of visitors to Nepal I also took the opportunity to work in various social organizations in different level of posts and experienced to practice Reiki, Yoga, Vipassana meditation extensively, which in time, has also enabled me for providing a proper teaching, guidance and training to those visitors who were seeking to gain benefits from such practices. As an experienced First aid trained guide I also have proper skills in providing proper First aid treatment to the those visitors who often suffer from high altitude sickness and who may also sometime suffer from certain kinds of dietary disorders.
