Über mich

CURRENT MISSION

To cross the US in two times within 30 days and meet good people!

ABOUT ME

Hello Everybody!
I think it is very difficult to write about yourself, but I will give it a try! ;)
I am an open minded and laid-back person. My interests are really wide spread and I am always interested in trying new things!
I enjoy meeting different kind of people and having discussions. I think understanding different points of view can be quite satisfying. In the end it means you learned something, even you don’t agree in the end.
I have a bachelor degree in landscape architecture and studying urban design in Hamburg at the moment. The last time I was involved in a project called university of neighborhood. It was some kind of hybrid between imbedded research station and a community center, where we amongst others experiment with temporal architecture.
If you are interested in this you can go on the website of the project:

It is almost everything in German. A few pictures here:

I am almost done with school and I am going to write my master thesis the following term. At the moment I am for an exchange term in Philadelphia at an amazing house. We have a CSA-Farm here and grow our own food. We get the food we don’t grow through dumpster diving. It a awesome experience to be here and I am looking to see more interesting places and people. So I got an Amtrack pass for 30 days and will travel across the country until I have to go back to germany.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participated in several CS meetings in Philadelphia and I’ve surfed a few times. We hosted a bunch of people at our farm in Norristown. I wasn’t able to host people in germany so far, but I am really looking forward to do that…

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met some of the best people ever through Couchsurfing. I hope it’s going to be a lot more in the future.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I build a capsule hotel out of recycled materials and a portable bar which has the ability to transform into a bed if you are getting tired.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I think about and work a lot with cities, how they work, how we can make them better and how people living there can be those who change them. I love to cook vegetarian food and I a am expert in making a German drink which includes mulled wine, sugar, liquor and fire…
I am also good in almost juggling with four balls and bad magic tricks.
