About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Discovering the means by which I can best serve humankind and make use of my talents
ABOUT ME
A quirky, charming, wonder-filled, person am I. Mostly extroverted, with periods of introversion. I have vivid dreams, and am very interested in the synchronicities of life. I love to sing, am not afraid to dance, and love a sunny day. I am schooled in Music Theatre performance, and sing in an R&B band. The desire to be of service to others lives in me. I'm all at once perplexed, confused, empowered by, and grateful for all that Life presents to me everyday.
PHILOSOPHY
It's my attempt to live a love-filled life, one that is not hindered by substances that alter my state of being. I attempt to do no harm. I think everyone has a story, something to share, and is meant to be here. I live to see what I came here to do, I live to be of service to humankind, I live because...
I think that there's way more going on than humans can see with their eyes, telescopes, and microscopes, and beyond the scope of their minds.
There's so much going on in this existence and I want to experience as much of it as I can, while staying true to my values.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've made a donation, if that counts. Also, I've met CSers who've been hosted by an acquaintance of mine, all of whom are awesome. I've also been hosted by another couchsurfer. As time passes, I'll have a better idea of how I participate.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
There were a couple of couch surfers who were traveling the nation making a documentary, and I had the pleasure of conversing with them at our community vegan meal (Vegan cooking Workshop) thanks to the host bringing them along, and again when seeing them around town. Very well-mannered, ambitious, and interesting guys. I've also met two people who met through CS, and who have traveled all over the place.
Recently, I had my first couchsurfing experience in Boulder, CO with a great host, who had equally great friends. It was good to feel so welcome and that I was with trustworthy people. Also, met a supercool couchsurfer from CO, and two traveling couchsurfers. A full trip, indeed.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went on a Vision Quest, which is a rite of passage that, as far as I know, originated with the Native Americans. I learned quite an astounding amount about myself in those few days.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share meditation skills I find useful, mantras, and what I know about dreams. I can also teach basic juggling or simply sing some songs for another's amusement. I'm usually pleasantly surprised by how and when I learn what I learn and from whom. So I just look forward to being around others that FEEL they have something to share, even if they don't know what it is.
