我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I think the best way to really know a new place you are visiting, and leave a mark on your heart when you come back home, is to meet the locals and travelers, and make new friendships along the way.

I am also planning to travel to a lot of places and this is one of the best sites I could use to get to know those places and meet new people.
My mentality is meet as many people as possible : Couchsurfing, friends of friends, going skating\training\drinking.

One of the things I like most about traveling for long periods (2 weeks or more for me), and especially alone is that it changes your way of behaving. You become more connected to the people around you and you meet new people every day. I love this feeling and the results that it get- new friendships and unforgetabble experiences. My goal is to try and keep that travel vibe also when I'm back at home, this enthusiasem to meet new people and hear their story.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Once I was playing capture the flag 10 v10.
But unfortunately we didn't have flags so we used freaking 20Liter water containers(They were empty ofcourse otherwise you couldn't lift them and run).
One of the guys playing against my team got our jerrycan (water container), and started running his ass off across the open green field.
I was waiting about 20 meters away from him for him to run towards me.
I saw the fire in his eyes and I remember telling myself :" I'm gonna catch this mofo!!".
Once he realized I was about to catch him, he threw the jerrycan to air trying to pass it somewhere, and I was about to catch it and save my team.
At this point, everything became slow-motion.
I felt it was my moment to shine.
Funny thing is I didn't calculate properly and width of the jerrycan and I put my hands wide in air waiting for it to come.
So my hands are too wide, and a 20L jerrycan flies straight at me.
You guessed right; I didn't even touch it with my hands and it hit me straight in my head causing me to fall down and bleed my ass off.
Long story short, I went to hospital, got a few stitches and so many laughs. :]
