ABOUT ME

I'm Anne from Roskilde in Denmark. I'm a very dedicated vegan and I love cooking my vegan dishes for other people who like their veggies. I paint pictures, read books, play the cello (light years from perfectly) and write my stuff in a little lime green book. The thought that nature is its own and happens with or without humans to witness it, makes me calm and optimistic.

Music, Movies, and Books

Uh, I love/am inspired by the works of David Lynch (especially Twin Peaks), Michel Gondry, Alfred Hitchcock, Woody Allen, Stanley Kubrick, Jean Pierre Jeunet and many more. I've just seen "The Death of Mr. Lazarescu" by Romanian director Cristi Puiu - it turned my world upside down.
I love Stephen Fry, danish poets and writers Halfdan Rasmussen and Benny Andersen and the dear, dear Jonathan Safran-Foer (I'll be reading "Eating Animals" real soon).
