To meet so many people my arms pop off, and to see the world through my eyes.

ABOUT ME

I have a niggling curiosity about everything and often wonder why I haven't yet investigated it all... I like to write, paint, watch jealously as other people play musical instruments, drink cider and blackcurrant, talk about any subject you can think of, get sunburnt on one side, get sand in between my toes, I enjoy freaking out when I go in the sea (sharks, pits...), I love to cook up experimental foods (vegetarian Southern Comfort and honey lasagne??), I like to read books that can make me cry and make me think differently about my own opinions, I love all the animals and recently had my heart broken when I couldn't accept a beehive which had developed at my friend's house because I might move house.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe everyone and everything can be learned from, the most important thing is to manage to stay open to new possibilities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am brand new to Couchsurfing - I know plenty of people who do it regularly and have met some really cool couchsurfers staying with friends, but I have only just joined myself! I hope to stay in France this summer and will be available to host when I get back, whether I move house or not.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been along when friends have been out for coffee etc with couchsurfers, and have got to know people who started off couchsurfing but who enjoyed Manchester so much they stayed forever! I hope to start my couchsurfing journey this summer

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have whitewater rafted down the River Nile, and freaked out when I realised I was swimming with the crocs!!
