Hello. My name is Ondrej and I grew up in a small town called Nové Mesto nad Váhom in Slovakia. My country is small and people here live like a big family, they are kind and friendly and so am I. I just finished High school and I am getting ready for college in Czech Republic. I am going to study Sociology. It is going to be a lot of studying so I would like to see the world before. :)
I like to meet new people, especially from different countries and get to know their habbits and point of view.
I lived in U.S.A (Peoria, Illinois) as a foreign exchange student for one school year couple years ago so I am used to adapt to different culture very quickly. I also improved my english there so I think, there will be no problem with communication between us.

I am couchsurfing beacuse I want to see new countries, meet new people, get to know new cultures.
I want to see the world from more sides, not just from the slovak one.

I don´t like to stick to one type of music. I like to explore new things.
About the movie, I have the biggest interest in comedies and sci-fi movies.
And books.. I like to read book from Paulo Coelho or Dan Brawn, even though these two are not similar at all.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

For me.. the most amazing thing is that I spent one year in America.
It gave me a lot, from losing wait through learning new language to make new relationships.
