I Live between New Brunswick, NJ. & Zhengzhou China, Orlando
and Fort Lauderdale, Fl.
I love traveling and opening my eyes to other cultures, other lands, other times. My main passion is connecting with people, breaking down barriers and making new friends.
My main occupation now is Life Coaching and Motivational Speaking.
Although I am also the Broker Manager for Preferred Properties in NJ, and a Broker Partner with Keller Williams Realty in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. I specialize in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate. I Have been a Real Estate Investor for over 25 years. I am a true entrepreneur,
I began as a teen actor in NYC doing Commercials, Theatre, Television and bit parts in Movies. From there I have owned a Bagel Bakery, Gourmet Coffee Shoppe, Antique Store, Opened a Restaurant “Dish Cafe”, Barricini Hallmark-Card & Gift Store, Property Renovator, Realtor, Broker, and a Partner in A Real Estate Office. I am a Licensed Pilot, Competitive Skydiver and Coach®, and avid traveler.

PHILOSOPHY

I invite you and challenge you to spend more time with the one's you love and let them know you love them.

I invite you and challenge you to let go of the past (taking the lessons with you) and forgive those who may have offended you. Let them go and wish them peace.

I invite you and challenge you to be kind and loving to all that cross your path. Life is a journey and along the way we meet people who are destined (for whatever reason) to be in each other's lives (even for brief moments).

I invite you and challenge you to make a difference in someone's life to better them on their journey. This could be as simple as reading a book to the elderly. We all have seen people who need a helping hand.

I invite you and challenge you to allow you to Love Yourself. Accept who and where you are at this very moment. If you want to make changes for the New Year, do it all in a healthy way (mentally, physically and financially).

Lastly, I invite you and challenge you to Be Loved. Accept someone else's love without condition or judgment.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Meeting people when I am in an area, surfing when I need, hosting when I can.... Zhengzhou had a fun group that got together for fun meals and social events. Its a great medium to meet like minded cool people !!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to this community but I have been embracing the CS principles for many years already. I am very blessed in my life to have met so many people through my travels with whom I have connected and become very close friends. I have made friends around the world sometimes very randomly and have become like family. For this I am very grateful !!

Interests

Theatre.... Flying, Skydiving, Traveling.... Having great conversations with interesting people over incredible food or wonderful Champagne....
Teaching, Speaking, Lecturing..... Helping to show others there are many different ways to look at something, and once your perception is shifted.... the many doors that open as a result !!
