ABOUT ME

I am from a small town outside of Seattle. I tend to be on the shy side so I overcompensate with more jokes than most would deem to be within their comfort zone. I love to learn and I love people with something to teach--philosophies, recipes, cool places, you name it. I think of everyone around me as a juicy morsel of untapped insight.

PHILOSOPHY

Most importantly, be excellent to each other. I have a pretty open mind as long as Bill and Ted are satisfied.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am really new to couchsurfing.com; I came across it recently when deciding to travel after college. I love the idea of it and I hope to provide a couch as soon as I am able.

Interests

I'm an academic so... anything from foreign affairs to chemistry/biology/physics. Beyond that I watch a lot of European soccer (I like to play if I am lucky enough to find a pickup game), cooking, photography, bicycling, outdoorsy stuff.
