ABOUT ME

A very wacky fun loving person who loves life. I put everything, good or bad, down to experience with no regrets. I'm definitely different as I'm born with a congenital defect that doesn't get in the way of being the wacky person that I am. I'll experience anything once sensibly, of course. I'm may be a little shy at first as im soaking in my new environment. I have been lucky enough to have travelled vastly. I have travelled for more than a year in Europe with no plan but one thing in mind, to see and make the most of my adventure. At the same time, i have been lucky to meet wonderful people along the way. I would like to motivate, especially people like me,to go out and not be scared to try different things and do the things that make you happy. I push myself to at least try and jump right back up when i fall. I think life is what you make of it and i am glad after everything i am still rockin´ and totally loving it.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It was fabulous couch surfing for the first time in Vienna. I stayed with a guy from Guatemala who i thought had a hilarious accent. He reminded me of Speedy Gonzales everytime he spoke. But it was funny when he started to give me crap about my accent too calling me Apu´s daughter from the Simpsons. I mentioned to him that i never got a chance to try goulash in Budapest and he kindly offered to cook it for me. It was delicious. There i was eating goulash cooked by a Guatemalan in Vienna. Just awesome!

Reading good books like The Good Earth, documentaries, practical jokes, painting, photography, people, languages, decorating, football, chocolates lots of it, recycling and saving our planet.....

Algo increíble que he hecho

One of the amazing things i have seen was when i was in the jungles of Sarawak, staying with one of the indigenous tribes. I was taking a swim at night in a lake and was suddenly surrounded by thousands of fireflies glowing in the darkness! It was just magical.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

To me, couch surfing is not about a free place to crash but to be able to blend in with the local lifestyle and its people, or expats who know the culture and places. It's a great way to make new friends too. I am able to explore places i would never know of as a tourist. I get to live the local life, go to local places and soak in the beauty of the culture. That's the best part about traveling for me.
