About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I currently own a guesthouse and a hostel in the heart of Bucharest, and I also live in the hostel, so I cannot host anymore. On top of that I have a 1 year old and another on the way. So life has changed a lot, but it doesn't mean i don't still enjoy my city and tours ;)

ABOUT ME

I am a bike enthusiast and a very energetic person.

I love a conversation over a cup of coffee or a beer, preferably on a terrasse/in a garden. I adore walking in the center, showing people around, enjoying some amazing and very decently priced food and any fun that might come our way.

I am a very passionate and curious person, so I like to pick brains and talk about everything and nothing. New perspectives -sharing stories and experiences is an amazing exchange of valuable insight.

I'm an I/ENFP, btw.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't overthink, don't plan, just enjoy (- if you figure out how, please teach me!)
Or do what makes you happy,
But don't hurt others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The last few years not so actively.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The best couchsurfing experience so far : met some very nice turkish people while i was working in turkey in 2003. They invited me over to their house in Antakya, which was like 500 km away from where I was (Antalya), and as soon as I was done working for the season I went over - had the time of my life - very nice people, very nice city.

Interests

Anything, i'm curious and i can take pleasure out of anything. If with good company, even better.
And biking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Still waiting for this one to happen.

Teach, Learn, Share

I spend a lot of time thinking about human behaviour, relationships, the world, the universe, art - expressed in millions of ways, evolution, technology, the future.
I have a tendency to over-analyze things, but cannot help it.

Anyway, I believe that the most exciting thing to see and understand when you are traveling is the way people are and live in a certain place. I am also very interested in underrated art. And we have a lot of that around everywhere!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good company, good conversation and an immersion in the urban culture and life of amazing Bucharest.
