ABOUT ME
Traveling the past sixteen years has been an amazing experience shared with fantastic folks. I decided to take a break and live in the same place for some time. After several visits to Viet Nam, Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon became my new home. Great Vietnamese friend and I shared a house in the suburbs of HCMC, we had plenty of beds and enjoyed communal living and meeting travelers from all over the world. Sadly, the virus came and we had to close. So, back to traveling again.
I'm a young spirit in an older body, 72 years so far. Love life, people, adventure, learning how others live and going where I'm invited. I usually have traveling partners because i enjoy sharing the journey.
I have stayed with many local folks in over twenty countries so far, although most have not been official Couch Surfers, many of them are still friends.

PHILOSOPHY

Live in the present. Love those that come into my life. Learn from all who share life. Bring a little light and joy where I can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE
I've met some fantastic folks and shared life and homes. Really enjoyed sharing my home while I could. Hopefully will have a place to invite travelers again.

COUCH SURFING EXPERIENCE
Several years of travel across the USA, Canada, Artic Circle, Mexico, Central and South America and now Southeast Asia. Stayed with some fantastic hosts, met great people and always a good experience! Shared meals, stories, work, camping, hiking, sights, parties, job hunts and slices of life. Everyone i have met has been very generous with their time and love.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In my travels i have seen wonderous places and experienced amazing adventures from 24 hour sunlight in the Artic Circle to rafting the Amazon in Ecuador, paragliding in Bolivia and skydiving in USA. The best part has always been the people. From traveling partners and hosts, to people i've met on the bus or camping in the wilderness ... the very best times have been shared with great humans.
