ABOUT ME

I just moved to the Bay Area after about six months of traveling. I love it here! SF is totally cool. It's one of the only places I know in the US where you don't need a car to thrive. I grew up as a military brat so I don't really have a specific culture. I lived in the US, England, and Germany. This includes Oklahoma, New Mexico, Idaho, California, Virginia, Alabama, Colorado, Michigan, North Carolina, Rhode Island, and Texas. So far my favorite place is California! It doesn't get better then here.

I'm a huge believer in public transportation so I don't own a car based on principle. I take the train four times a week down to Palo Alto to program computers.

PHILOSOPHY

I always tell people that time doesn't exist, but no one believes me.

I love biking, rock climbing, running, hiking, swimming, writing, meeting interesting people, tennis, skateboarding, rollerblading, skiing, caving, backpacking, etc... If it is an activity outdoors, I probably do it or want to do it.

I biked alone along the coast of Spain from Barcelona to Malaga. I really should have died ;).

I would be more than happy to act as a guide for backpacking, biking, or even rock climbing if you are really adventurous (indoor or outdoor). You name it, we'll do it. I'm always up for going out to Yosemite or Kings Canyon for the weekend!
