About Me

I love to tour solo with my bicycle, I have travelled from Beijing to Istanbul via the Stans and Iran in 2009, I have bicycled from Ushuaia to Bolivia in 2015, I have toured NZ for 4 times(2001-2006)
I plan to do Africa next, but maybe 15 years from now.
you can view my travelling blog on Crazyguyonabike and search my name.

I have a full time job and I also own a small manufacturing business, I work from 6am - 8pm most days and sometimes Sundays as well, therefore I may not be able to host from time to time.

I've hosted frequently in my bicycle touring community. I use Couchsurfing to find cyclists and travellers from land and culture that I am interested in. I prefer to meet up first and have a chat before host a stranger in my house.

Life is short. have fun

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I miss different culture - I host touring cyclists through my touring cyclists community, Couchsurfing is an alternative to meet other travellers when there is no cyclist in my house.

I also like to practice my Spanish and/or Italian so I wont forget it, so if you speak Spanish, you are most welcome!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Too many
Having a Puma circling your tent? does that count?
Riding on the highest road in America Continent, Abra del Acay, Salta, Argentina - sensational experience.
Having a puncture in the middle of Gobi desert - just simply lovely.
Riding with headwind in Turpan, China, that blown over a train a year before - I never complained about wind anymore (not until Patagonia, in Patagonia, the wind just blows you into oblivion)

Teach, Learn, Share

Love and Gratitude.
