Hello, my name is Onur. I’m 23 years old and I’m from Istanbul, Turkey, where I’ve lived since I was born.

I first discovered Couchsurfing while volunteering in Romania, and it gave me experiences and friendships I would never have had otherwise. It showed me that the best journeys are shaped by people, not plans.

I love exploring new places, meeting new people, and sharing moments rather than just destinations. Discovering different cultures and being part of volunteering projects where I can genuinely help others is something I truly value.

I graduated in maritime studies, but life had different plans. I currently work as a photographer, videographer, and graphic designer. I’m an easygoing, respectful, and open-minded person who values meaningful conversations and simple moments like sharing a meal, walking through the city, or talking about life.

I believe life isn’t about perfect plans, but about staying curious and collecting meaningful stories along the way.
