About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Bringing writing real letters back into fashion!

ABOUT ME

To give a description of yourself is always hard and I find it particularily hard not to be too cliché. But I'd still like to say that I am openminded (or try to be at least) and optimistic. I am very talkative and I am a real storyteller if I can say it myself. (which I can I guess, I just did..)

PHILOSOPHY

Since I don't believe in a life after death this is the only chance I've got to make the most out of things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I heard about couchsurfing and tried it when I lived in paris 2006-2007. I haven't really had a couch since until now so I haven't been very active.

All my couchsurfing experiences have been very positive. I have had some couchsurfers visiting in Paris but I have never stayed with a couchsurfer. However I have couchsurfed some before I knew about this concept.

The summer of 2006 I walked for ten days (160 km) in the north of portugal and though I have a tent I didn't have to use it, because I met such incredibly nice and warm people. I think that expercience is was made me fully realize that you have nothing to lose on approaching a stranger and making him or her your friend. After this I have been talking to the people that I find interesting somehow in the supermarket, the metro.. n'importe où, because my current view on things is being shy is wasting time.
