About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To step outside my own little box and see what the outside has to offer.
ABOUT ME
I grew up in a small town, as one of the "unpopular" kids, which left me quite shy for most of my adolescence. It wasn't until halfway through university that I realised I could put all that behind me, and just be who I wanted to be and not what other people thought I should be. I'm still kind of shy, but I've learned that if you talk to someone, they will usually talk back.
PHILOSOPHY
The only real belief that I hold, is in ideas. I do not hold many beliefs (aside from the basic tenants of human morality) because beliefs are too hard to change, and the world is always changing, so why shouldn't the way we think change with it? Ideas are much easier to adopt and to let go of should they prove to be false.
Interests
I spend a lot of time reading about and working with dogs, both shelter dogs and my own two dogs. I like playing tabletop games: RPGs, board games, card games - you name it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like alternative and indie rock, especially stuff with banjos or accordions. But I also like some country, some pop, and some classic rock.
I enjoy a wide range of movies - really, as long as they are thoughtful in some way.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed up a mountain in the Alberta Rockies and collected my own, fresh spring water. I've since never tasted anything like it.
Teach, Learn, Share
If University has taught me one thing, it's don't be afraid to ask questions, no matter how stupid the question is, or how terrifying it might be to ask them.
