I jus had a counselor punish me w: time generosity & #attention, because I was being overly introspective..

it seems like being overly self reflective can be a way I use 2 sabotage myself as well..

I created an Easter FB animation poster for my SF WARM Line counselors!! I am starting 2️⃣ utilize the warm line now, because TWO of the 3️⃣ suicidal crisis hotline EX~communicates me!!
