ABOUT ME

My name is Eva, I am South African born and raised, half Greek and have been living in England for the last 13 years. 
I am a newly qualified massage therapist, and currently studying to become a counselor and am interested in becoming proficient in several forms of therapy. 
I am driven by a desire to form genuine connections with those around me, to learn and experience as much as I can, and to share and create along the way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been lucky enough to have amazing hosts! My couch surfing experience have been a positive one.

Intereses

I like making things (historically this has been mostly textiles, but I have been enjoying drawing and painting. generally just enjoy practical things), balancing (slacklining, handstands, headstands, any other ways i can stand on my hands) dogs, walking far, cooking healthily and learning new recipes, camping, the outdoors, keeping active, reading (I much prefer non-fiction and reference books), challenging myself, bettering my understanding of self, working through emotional knots that hinder me, transmuting experiences into lessons, learning yoga, practicing meditation, continuing with learning how to surf, massaging, learning about the muscular system, learning how to play the drums.

Música, películas y libros

Movies I am terrible with. I enjoy them, i just dont know my way around them. Tend to forget plots. Am interested in getting recommendations.
I much prefer non-fiction and reference books. I like practical learning books and books on psychology/neuroscience . I like podcasts on science topics too.

I am always up for learning. (: I could teach you to crochet/sew. I can teach you what I know about massage techniques and the muscular system. I can tell you what I know about particular therapeutic schools of thought.
