About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To travel and see more of the world, including getting to know different Cultures and meeting interesting People

ABOUT ME

I'm a very open Person, easy going and get along with pretty much everybody. I like to laugh and do so plenty. I say things how they are even though it might be harsh at times but hey, I'm being honest. You ask for my opinion and you'll get it. I don't like people who think its their Job to convert you to their religion, shy and quiet people get awkward around me mostly because I'm the exact opposite. I'm proud and love my Family. Friends mean the world to me and I like to make sure that they are happy when I am around. My parents are from Paraguay, Southamerica where I grew up from ages 6-17. I'm a Mennonite but don't judge, I'm not the way they used to be. Open minded, like to try everything once, like to just sit back and take it easy with friends, even people that I just met. I'm a peaceful guy and I try to keep it that way. Other than that I have been living my life before and after Paraguay in Canada. I hope to be able to have a couch set soon to participate in this program and therefor getting to know the world better through random peoples stories and experiences. This site is awesome so I hope to see many of you in the future. Lets Surf.

PHILOSOPHY

"The world is like a ride in an amusement park. And when you choose to go on it you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. And the ride goes up and down and round and round. It has thrills and chills and it's very brightly coloured and it's very loud and it's fun, for a while. Some people have been on the ride for a long time and they begin to question: "Is this real, or is this just a ride?" And other people have remembered, and they come back to us, they say, "Hey, don't worry, don't be afraid, ever, because this is just a ride." And we kill those people." - Bill Hicks

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined this program and think it is an amazing program so far where people can experience different cultures and people individually. It's a way of paying it forward.

Interests

Traveling, meeting new people, music, creating music, Formula 1, soccer, computers, poker, dirt biking, camping and free sky, hiking, nature and the wild, getting to know theories of all sorts of religions without projecting a single one to people who don't care anyways, food (gotta eat), the occasional movie, bonfires, hanging out with friends, shooting pool, occasional video game nights like Mario Kart, concerts, stand-up comedy, making people laugh.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies ok, don't watch them that much because I think they are a waste of an evening when people get together at 6pm to watch 2 or 3 movies instead of going out and experiencing something new, Music is life since we all carry a beat, books are great but I have a hard time focusing enough to read all the time. I get distracted a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have fought with bulls, killed snakes, hunted and eaten crocodile, hiked in the black Forrest, traveled past the Alps and seen many things worth seeing. Many stories included upon meeting you.

Teach, Learn, Share

I prefer English, but if somebody who lets me crash on their couch wants I could speak German, Spanish or even Low German to them if they wanna practice the language. All though my Spanish is only so-so and Low German wasn't even an option for what languages I knew on this profile, (Its a Mennonite Language which got passed on for Generations). I like to get into deep conversations about pretty much anything, makes the night interesting for me. I'd love to learn more about different Cultures and way of life, different languages, and maybe recommendations of where to travel if you have had a destination which holds good memories.
