ABOUT ME
I did many different things at school, going from latin to science to filming to photography to drawing. So I have a wide range of interests. But my real passion and main interest is music, listening and playing!
Link to my last.fm-profile if you want more information about my musical taste and what instruments I'm able to play.
This year I started my dream-studies for Audio Engineer. I'm going to be the best one the world has ever known!:) (or at least, that's the plan:p)
Something more about myself: I'm an openminded person, not always that talkative in the beginning but I'll open up after a while. I'm also vegetarian and I have quite some experience with all different kinds of our famous Belgian Beers:)
PHILOSOPHY
my personal philosophy is kinda... personal:p I'd rather like to talk about it than giving everything away on the internet;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like meeting new people and expanding my horizon. Even it can be a little fearful sometimes. But all my traveling and CS-experiences turned out to be great so far.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far I only had positive to very positive experiences. CouchSurfing has a positivie influence on my life:) I like to travel and to meet new people and since I'm not that rich and don't like staying in Hotels, CouchSurfing is perfect for me!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
is almost an obsession to me:)
I can appreciate a lot of different genres and I listen to a lot of different music. But again, my Last.fm-profile can tell you more about that:)
Books:
Some books I really like:
-Siddharta by Herman Hesse
-Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea by Jules Verne
and ofcourse some famous classics like Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter,... But I'm more into comics and graphic novels, possibly because I studied drawing at school but also because I grew up with my mother's collection (near 1000 comics now!). My favourite graphic novel so far is V for Vendetta.
Some comics and artists I really like are:
-everything by Moebius (especially "Silver Surfer", written together with the famous Stan Lee)
-everything I've read so far by Osamu Tezuka: Buddha, MW, Ode to Kirihito
-The Metabarons by Jodorowsky
-Black Moon Chronicles
-Wake
-Watchmen
-The Walking Dead
Movies: (also studied that for a while):
-Fight Club
-Boondock Saints
-A Scanner Darkly
-Star Wars
-The Big Lebowski (c'mon, who doesn't love the dude?)
-everything else I've seen of the Coen brothers
...
Lately I'm really enjoying Zombie- and B- movies. You know, movies that often are so bad that they become incredibly funny. Some titles I really liked: Dawn Of The Dead, Zombie Strippers, Dead Snow, Machete, Re-Animator, Black Dynamite,...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-a concert by Tool!
-getting a tattoo
-hitchhiked to Christiania (Copenhagen) and back
-I've been to Africa when I was only 5 years old but I still remember a lot and it was amazing:)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach some things about music, like some songs on the guitar or bass guitar. I can teach some basics about drawing and photography and if you have a problem with your computer I might be able to fix it (or at least locate the problem:p).
I'd like to learn Swedish and some things about anarchy because it seems a really interesting concept to me.
