Was chef for summer 2013 on Kodiak Island, Alaska at a fishing lodge offgrid.
Housesat and caretook an offgrid adobe home in NM where I took care of 3 dogs, 3 cats and 4 goats. Miled the 2 girls twice a day and made amazing cheeses, yogurt, etc for the community.
