ABOUT ME
Hello couch surfers!
My name is Grace and I'm new not only to couch surfing, but hosting and travelling altogether. I've never been outside of Australia, but that will be changing very soon.
Some things about me I guess:

*I enjoy dancing, drinking, reading, learning, exploring, experiencing
*Non-smoker but friends with smokers
*Neat and clean (I'll wash your dishes if I can sleep on your couch/floor ;) )
*Like meeting new people
*Want to see the world! But my first trip will cover some of Beijing, the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland and Italy.
*Travelling with my partner
PHILOSOPHY
Associate yourself with positive thoughts and you'll be smiling even through the roughest times.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hope to get my own place some time in 2012, if I can afford it with uni. Right now I can take anyone out for a drink or a tour of the Dandenong Ranges :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I'll listen to just about anything. A few favourites are City and Colour, Counting Crows, Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, Death Cab for Cutie, Opeth, The Presets, The Prodigy, Puscifer, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Unkle, Incubus... Heaps more of course. <3 music.
Reading my first science fiction book I've ever read at the moment - "Evolution" by Stephen Baxter and it's amazing. Loved "The Bride Stripped Bare" by an anonymous woman who disappeared, "Nineteen Eighty-Four" by George Orwell and "Fly Away Peter" by Tim Winton. Classic novels are good for a laugh, hated the "Twilight" saga and I like a bit or poetry when I come across it.
I wish the movies people made nowadays held some meaning! Some favourites are "Cabaret", "Mulan", "American Beauty", "Pulp Fiction" and Kenneth Branagh's "Much Ado About Nothing".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been to the heart of my country and seen Uluru, I travelled to Sydney for a day to see Opeth and that's about the extent of my travels so far!
Teach, Learn, Share
I have so much to learn about everything!
Things I can share... I can teach anyone how to hold four plates at once :) and make good coffee. And I can tell you most of what there is to know about being vegan.
