Overview
About Me
Hi, I am Orçun (or-chun). I live in Istanbul. I am a medical student and I love to travel+learning. I love to meet new people because as a Turkish idiom says "Every person is a whole new world to explore". So to meet more people (who are different from my culture) I try to travel a lot. I am a long-distance cyclist, sometimes I cycle city to city. I can also take care of your medical conditions as far as I can when we meet.
So, long story short, I have an outgoing personality, I love to teach my culture to other people as well as learning from others and can help you with your medical questions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To be honest, when I am broke and I need a place to stay (especially in expensive countries), I need couchsurfing. Also in that way, I will earn new friendships abroad, so that's a win-win :D

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't have a favorite music or movie, but my faveorite book is "Why Nations Fail" from Daron Acemoğlu and James A. Robinson.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Stayed awake all night to catch the Tsukiji fish market auction in Tokyo. It was awesome to see and watch all the *ceremony* of people who are trying to buy fishes.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Turkish language and the proper pronunciation of it. ALso I am playing guitar so I can show you some little tricks.
