About Me
ABOUT ME
On this... I prefer references to speak about me, that's more honest & modest!
PHILOSOPHY
Bettering myself, giving & showing happyness, that's all! (well, it's bit more complicated, but let's keep it like this!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Simply all of it: travelling wouldn't be the same without Cs. And what about language classes, what about excursions, camping... the list of what you can do within Cs is huge!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Getting to know people from all around is really cool; plus when they're openminded like you want yourself to be...it's even better! (not to mention the real grip on whatever place you might fall, you really get to know situations and people. Adios "fake" life!)
Interests
This is gonna be a short description I guess. I practically dig myself into music & books. Occasionally expositions. Used to play tabletennis (semi-pro) and I want to come back at that. Then other sports, basketball, tennis, volley... But...music is my radar, definetely!
Music, Movies, and Books
Series, I love them! From classics like Twin Peaks to brand new ones like American Horror Story (and yes, Lost as well!) they're having a superb narrative depth that movies can't often reach. but as for movies I have a couple of "gods" such as Kubrick or J.Medem; uncountable other movies among my favourites, let's just name 2: After Hour and Taxi Driver.
As music things are getting more complicated to explain, I'd say electro music is my favourite even though not in the common fashion: I like downtempo beats, old triphop school, even older newwave, brand new dubstep and post-dubstep and... the list is pretty long. And sometimes I definetely enjoy rock&metal nights. Oh yes, I was forgetting, I play as dj sometimes so speaking about music could take hours (pleasent hours I'd say).
As for books I'd say classics, Dostoevskij and Kafka and Borges for istance but also actual ones like Houellebecq, I love him!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The story of a guy in porto, he's a real legend in Cs over there. And his past is simply glorious (and the future as well, I'm sure of that!), going back to many years ago, jungle, war, friendship, courage, kids, chess, what else??
Teach, Learn, Share
I've been teaching tabletennis for a long while, that wouldn't be a problem i guess :D well, but we're all learning all the time, even unconsciously so that... but yes, I'm a very curious person, people with stories... come to me!
