ABOUT ME

What most people notice first about me: I am tall!
Me, my wife and our daughters (born 2006 and 2010)live in a quite remote village and enjoy nature, gardening and ourselves.
I like music, books, movies and peanut butter. I enjoy cooking for the whole bunch and I crave for Italian cheese, wine and pasta.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

One of my favourite movies was David Lynch's "The Straight Story". I enjoy Roberto Begnini and I simply love all Wes Anderson films.
My musical tastes are widespread and change a lot from time to time. From Pink Floyd to NoFX, from Chopin to Oscar Peterson, from Reggae to Tom Waits. Belle and Sebastian are a favourite.
The last novel I've read was "The Star of the Sea" by Joseph O'Connor, a great piece of literature and vivid Irish history. Apart from novels I like travel reports, books on nature, science and biographies. Nigel Barley, T.C. Boyle, Roddy Doyle, Ian McEwan and Bruce Chatwin are some authors on our shelf.
