About Me

I have studied in Istanbul for a few years and now I'm working in Antalya as a naval architect. I like meeting new people and it feels good to give them a place to stay, away from home. I'm quiet new to the city too so I'm also like a tourist here :) I can't find many opportunities for traveling at the moment so, the least I can do is hosting travelers and spending time with them. Besides, every person is a whole another world to explore :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To open my house to travelers around the world, to meet with them and to listen their stories.

Interests

Even though I don't have many experiences at them, I love doing extreme sports. I've done mountaineering and climbing years ago and I recently started again since I love it so much. I've also participated in sailing and rafting races. My life goal in extreme sports would be doing wingsuit flying though I haven't even tried paragliding yet :)
Other than sports, I mostly spend my time at home, playing video games, watching movies etc. Not actually the life of a party animal :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm open to all music genres but I mostly listen Rock music. Old bands like Guns N' Roses, Red Hot Chili Peppers, AC/DC. Also I love listening soft music like Damien Rice, Glen Hansard too.
I have so many favorite movies but if I had to choose one I'd say Braveheart is my all time favorite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've spent four years in the volunteering club in my university which changed my whole life. In those 4 years we've brought help to lots of children who're studying at village schools, played with children at hospitals, tried to take their minds away from the hospital atmosphere and many other things. Everything was to make them happy and I cannot describe those feelings when I witness how the things we do put a smile on their little faces.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Qatar, Vatican City State

Countries I’ve Lived In

Poland, Turkey
