We are an adventurous young British/American family of five. We love attachment parenting, filmmaking, organic food (but we're not fanatical), traveling, spirituality, alternative health, good discussions, classical and world music, sun.

Movies: Romantic comedies and mainstream action movies are ones that we can usually agree on. Orion likes the more manly stuff. :-)

Music: Classical, soundtracks, Enya, Izzy, Celtic, Indian especially bhangra and bhajans, Russian, Hebrew, all sorts of world music actually.

Authors: Malcolm Gladwell, Seth Godin, Martha Beck, Elizabeth Clare Prophet. Non-fiction books about business, entrepreneurship, success, psychology. Helen's all-time favorite: Expecting Adam by Martha Beck.

Orion can teach filmmaking, photography, how to use your Mac, video editing, WordPress, Adobe software. He can share enjoyment of excellent scifi and fantasy novels, and discuss spirituality.

Helen can explain the nuances of English to non-native speakers and teach beginner French, share information and experiences about natural pregnancy, birth, babyhood, alternative health approaches and remedies, vaccinations, unconditional parenting, attachment parenting, babywearing, breastfeeding. As a native Englishwoman she can also answer your questions about Britain.
