About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Figure out the meaning of life

ABOUT ME

I'm not open minded. Ok, maybe I am, but aren't we all? I have my own view of life, which is likely to be different than yours. This is a good thing, it makes life interesting! I am not a typical couchsurfer, but not a totally non-typical as well. I want, think, feel, love, hate, talk, keep silent, sometimes all at once. I am stubborn, but I will gladly change. Sometimes I know everything, sometimes I know nothing at all.

PHILOSOPHY

Not personal, but funny:
"My advice to you is get married: if you find a good wife you'll be happy; if not, you'll become a philosopher." Socrates

"Worthless people live only to eat and drink; people of worth eat and drink only to live." Socrates.
I guess I'm worthless...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I share my ideas, and my home.
I surf couches. If you have a story, I'll host you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed some couches in east Africa and Europe, and hosted some people at home. My next trip will certainly include some more couchsurfing.

Interests

If I said traveling, would you believe me? Ok, let's try again: hiking, meeting new people, reading, sports, science. And it goes on and on...
Playing the piano, wandering aimlessly in unknown cities and in my home town.
Oh! some space was left blank! how should I feel it up?
With the most important interest: finding the meaning of life. Oh well, maybe there is no meaning.

movie: Into the wild
Book: The Day Lasts More Than a Hundred Years by Chinghiz Aitmatov

Teach, Learn, Share

The world is a book. One who doesn't travel, has read only one page of it.
I don't know if it's a good metaphor, but I really do like traveling.
There is so much to learn out there, I don't really know where to start. The teaching part - I can try, but then again, who knows?
