Hi! I'm a ukrainian student. Now I'm living in Kyiv and studying at the university. I like to travel (but who doesn't?) and to meet new people. 50% of all time I'm very spontaneous and other 50% I'm shilly-shally. So sometimes i can book a ticket to another country for the next day without telling anybody and sometimes I can stay between counters in supermarket for a half an hour choosing a yoghurt...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing proved me, that there are SO many interesting and good people in this world. Sharing experiences is a sense of my life now.

Interests

Music, books, travelling, studying. Its hard for me to concentrate on one thing, There are too much interesting things in this world, so i can't imagine sitting the whole day on the chair at home and scrolling Instagram (however I like to spend evening at home with a book too). I try to do new things and discover this world step by step. Now I'm excited about programming and have big dreams to work on different projects in future.

Music, Movies, and Books

Style and genre of my playlist comprehensive depends on my currently mood, but most of all I prefer indie. As I was younger I was a big fan of rock music.

Concerning books: reading a good book for me is a rest. I read almost all my free time. My favourite authors are Bulgakov, Chechov, Zweig, Feuchtwanger, Remarque, Dovlatov, Salnger, Shevschenko (and maybe somebody else, whom i can't remember just now).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling without map, money and Internet, lol.
I often travel without map and money (however I do NOT plan it, it's just happening almost everytime.)
I quit university in Austria and came back to Ukraine (some of my friends are still thinking that it was a mistake, but I'm really glad to be where I am).

I can teach you how to play guitar and to spell ukrainian/german words.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach you a little bit Russian/Ukrainian/German languages. You will have a chance to know many interesting things about ukrainian culture and lifehacks how to travel, when you are poor ukrainian student. I also will bring some sweet snacks from UA :)
