I discovered that both are interrelated in some way, both have to do with the behavior of the persons, both help you to know you better, but the most important thing is that the two help you to know and understand others. Many people live their whole lives with a life style and behaviors that they think are normal and they died believing that, just because they never dared to look for the reasons or the WYH'S..??? "So they can achieve the best version of themselves"
