I am currently taking a gap year before starting university in albuquerque, and I'm trying to soak in all the sights and experiences I can. I'm a great lover of the outdoors and I am always looking for places and people go backpacking or just spend a day out in nature. I am passionate about literature, writing (mostly poetry), philosophy, science, games (chess, settlers of catan among many other beloved favorites), and cooking.

Wow, that's an intimidating question. I have done a 120 mile bicycle trip with zero preparation, prior experience, or appropriate clothing/gear on a 25 year old mountain bike.
