ABOUT ME

I am 23 years old and full of life. I am eager to be out in the world. I love knowing and not knowing. I have wonderful family and an amazing man in my life. I have lived in several places in the united states after i left home for college. I grew up in Houston, Tx, moved to Arizona, went to design school in Los Angeles, and this last year ended up in Washington, d.c
I lived in a vegetarian co-operative community in washington dc. We bought all of our food together and participated in a Community Supported Agriculture share. Every weekend we would travel to the CSA farm in Maryland and pick up fresh fruits and vegetables. Recently my life has been dedicated towards making a better world. I am an avid recycler, love to compost, and sustainability is a word used everyday.
My live is made up of many experiences and i cant wait to share them all with you! ;0)

PHILOSOPHY

I believe we all deserve to see the colors of the wind, the paper mache mountains, and the endless galaxy of shining stars in our minds. I Live through expression....... Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have never couch surfed but this will be my first experience in Europe this summer. I am very excited to be involved in such a revolutionary experience. I love meeting new people and learning new things. I am a open minded individual who loves a good conversation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have lived in Salamanca, Spain for three months while i was 17. I studied at the Universidad de Salamanca.
I also recently was working on the Barack Obama campaign. I went door to door in Los Angeles, California raising money for his campaign. During election week i traveled to the swing states and knocked on hundreds of doors to get out the vote.
This past year i my boyfriend and i have been working on this project called the brave new bus. The brave new bus is a bus that runs on vegetable oil and we have been traveling around educating Americas youth on this clean alternative to fossil fuels. I have mostly been working on the inside, reupholstering the seats, making curtains, and re- tiling the floor.
Designing is a life long passion of mine. I have been working on starting a vegan clothing line made by all natural products. It is in the works but well on its way.
