ABOUT ME

I am a man with a passion for truth and I have a wild and open heart.

I am an open and inquisitive person. I have a lot of care in me and am often described as quiet and perceptive. However I am also very loud, at times, with a habit to speak my mind quite bluntly. I am one of those who tends to only make people laugh when I mean not to, my clumsiness and my inability not to take things literally are common causes. I am person who loves to connect with people in a completely open and unapologetic way. I hitchhike a lot and that makes me well learned at accepting, and heavy great conversation with, a wide diversity of people. I am a dreamer at heart but I have a strong drive to 'do'. I am always involved in creative projects from campaigning to art installations.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is about learning the arts of living deeply and dying well.

If I do not fully feel every feeling I have I will live a half life,
where I will cry but not all of my tears, and laugh but not all of my laughter.

All living beings are essentially good.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the CS community, I have not managed to host people yet but definitely intend to. I really believe in the philosophy that CS is not a hostel but is for sharing experiences. I am beginning to be part of this!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never stayed with a host through coach surf. Although I have used woofing and help x a lot and I know what it means to stay with new people and make friends quickly and contribute to the stay with wine and laughter and cooking and these things.

Interests

I am passionate about being an artist. Being in full creative contact with the world in every moment. I am interesting in creating models for new ways of living.I am very interested in reversing desertification and changing the existing paradigm of scarcity to one of abundance. I am very interested in how love can last between people and how to create spaces of trust. I am an improv pianist, this is one of my greatest passions.
