ABOUT ME

Hi everyone! Well, all about me is what they want to know... that's well kind of long but I'll try and give you the gist of it.... I'm teaching, English and Spanish and also am getting my teacher's degree in English, Spanish and French.
I love to talk, therefore I love languages which also are helpful in meeting new people,right? Also, I'm a singer! In my free time I am the frontwoman of an Indie rockband and let it all out ;-)) Anyway, I am a very open person, I laugh a lot and I always take care of my friends as if I was their mom... which they tell me frequently... LOL

Interests

Travel, Travel Travel..... all my life, whenever I had the money I traveled: Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines), South America (Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Uruguay), Egypt, the USA,... almost every country in Europe... I just love to travel and René loves my organising trips for us and simply tagging along... (that's actually not true 'cause he's the one mostly driving the car, poor thing! ;))
Anyway, I love food and cooking (so I can eat good food!!!), drinking loads of good red wine and reading cozy mysteries (yes, really, I'm that uncool!) By the by, I also love music from Tori Amos to Nirvana to even Country Music, most of all Bluegrass (again, yes, I'm that uncool, sorry! ;-))

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years back I celebrated New Year's in Rio de Janeiro with people I had only just met in my hostel. Everyone in Rio dresses white and then there is lot's of food and we danced through the night (Samba of course) on Ipanema beach with a few million other people! So cool!
