I'm a chef who still hasn't learned to not touch the hot pans. I suck at planning but make up for it by loving spontaneity. I mostly travel to meet new people and eat Interesting food. I like to take things in stride and am pretty laid back. Listening to someone really get into talking about something they're passionate about is absolutely fantastic.

My favourite part of travelling is meeting people, which is why I'm more likely to get a bunk in a hostel dorm than a private room at a hotel. This seemed like a good step in that direction. Getting to host people and make their stay fun instead of just visiting myself.
