I find it hard to cold approach people in a bar or wherever, yet I’m travelling solo and want to find new friends, acquaintances, fun stories, local gems, hangout with locals, hear their daily life and accents. There are days when flying solo is great, but adding flair to your friend group would be a blast - “have you met Oskar the Estonian?” - other times I’ve had the best time and advice from people 2-3x my age

Then I burnt out and still redeveloping myself with various therapies. It has very heavily made me see so conflicting perspectives at once and change my ideas what I used to believe
