Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Sometimes you meet someone and it’s so clear that the two of you, on some level belong together. As lovers or as friends or as family or as something entirely different. You just work, whether you understand one another or you’re in love or you’re partners in crime. You meet these people throughout your life, out of nowhere, under the strangest circumstances, and they help you feel alive. I don’t know if that makes me believe in coincidence or fate or sheer blind luck, but it definitely makes me believe in something.

I love the strange feeling when I am about to leave a place, as if I will not only miss all of the things and the people I've met but likewise I'll miss the person I was at that time and place because I will never be that way again.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorites within music and movies are way too diverse and way too many, just to name a couple - Green mile, seven pounds, the pursuit of happiness and many more. My music taste is kind of endless, starting from Bob Marley and ending up with The Weeknd. As for the books, absolute favorites are Paulo Coelho and John Green. Somehow whenever I'm into reading something new and different I end up browsing through Amazon and always finding the most unexpected books which certainly were worth the time.

I'm keen on doing the impossible, therefore I'm down for learning anything and most certainly I can teach something new as well. I can teach any of the languages that I know or teach how to make Latvian traditional salads
If we will catch up, I will prepare for you my salads.
