Hi guys my name is Otis and I'm from Birmingham, UK. I am currently living in between Devon and Birmingham but will soon move permanently to Devon. I am always looking for the next opportunity to get out and see the world, especially when in Birmingham ;)

I am a gardener and carpenter by trade but am most passionate about photography and... travelling! I lived in London for 4 years, studying photography at UAL. I try and make it my goal to travel each year. I have been to the US, Australia, SE Asia, all over Europe and am currently planning my next big adventure, probably on a motorbike and for a very long time, although I will dearly miss my pooch if I do so :(

I am easy to get on with (I promise) and do not require much, I usually have all of my own sleeping equipment so don't ask for much, just somewhere dry! I always find couch surfing helps create more memories for myself, I may forget where I camped on a day when travelling but I'll never forget a host or their house! I've met some great people through here and wish to meet more great people in the future.

Favourite books: LOTR FOTR, LOTR TTT, LOTR ROTK
Movies & Film: TBLS, Tarantino, Studio Ghibli, Scorcese, foreign independents are always great even when they're shite,; still better than mainstream hollywood, would rather watch a subtitled 1950's french film tbh!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Travelled across the U.S on a motorbike, from San Francisco to NYC. 10,000 miles on a 125 over 3 months aged 18! When I look back, I think I must have been crazy but I matured fast and have many older brothers which inspired and encouraged me. I have also travelled around South East Asia by motorcycle and Australia in a campervan!
