Hi! My name is Otto, I'm about to finish studies in Computer Science and have also studied physics for a while. I also give classes (mostly math, and physics) and I really enjoy it.

I love hiking, camping, playing video games and reading. I consider myself a really open person I almost never judge people without knowing their background. I try to take nothing too personal or serious (including myself haha). I enjoy having friendly and constructive discussions over almost any topic, I also enjoy trying new stuff whenever I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people from different costumes and backgrounds. I believe we have this opportunity for first time in history of being connected (both through Internet and in person) with people al around the world and this is a perfect chance to take advange of that opportunity.

When travelling to a new place, I love not only seeing the turistic spots but also getting to meet with locals, going to that small place which sells the best food in the city, going for a walk around a nice small park. I think that's one of the best ways of travelling, to really dive into a new place.

Getting to show the place where you live to other travellers is also great, you get to watch everything with new eyes, that small market that you see everyday and find kind of boring, might be a incredible sight for a foreigner. So in a sense you get to appreaciate normall things through their eyes.

Books : A song of Ice and Fire, Brave New World, Lord of the Rings, varios de Stephen King, Modern History in general, I have lately become a huge fan of Isaac Asimov, I love his Fundation series and The Gods Themselves.

Trainspotting, Watchmen, Lord of the Rings, Sherlock Holmens, Inception, Shutter Island, Spirted Away, Inglorious Bastards, Arrival, Interstellar . Special mention to Wolf of Wall Street which I wouldn't say is an incredible film but it's really funny.
