Hi, my name is Ottavio and I consider myself not just a tourist but a traveller: for this reason I m a couch serfer.

I think travel is one of best ways of change cause staying physically in a different place from your own home, outside the "comfort zone", could help people to do the most important trip, the trip in their mind.
During my travel I used two different sentences for leading myself.
The first belongs to Einstein in which he said " insanity is doing the same things over and over again expecting different results. "
The second sentence I found in New Zealand and it's a Maori proverb: "Do you know what's the most important thing in the world? the people! the people! the people!".
