About Me
ABOUT ME
I've been slow travelling around South East Asia for more than three months. I love nature, volunteering and going off the beaten track.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have always found joy in connecting socially and emotionally with people while sharing moments, experiences, knowledge and ideas with them unconditionally and spontaneously. I would really love to connect with more locals/fellow travelers who are down to earth and enjoy the simple things.
Interests
Authentic cultural immersion: living among locals, exploring the tribal life, contributing to local communities, experiencing weddings and culural festivities..
Languages : My native language is Darija (Moroccan Dialect) but I am also fluent in standard Arabic, English and French. I am currently learning Spanish and Turkish. It's been more than two years that I am co-managing a community-based project for language and culture exchange. I find it important that language learning is available to everyone so we all learn and exchange our knowledge for free. I will be more than happy to share more insights about the project, connect you with the network and provide the needed support.
Volunteering : I am mostly interested in sustainability and self-sufficient living. While traveling, I volunteer (through workaway or personal network) at projects related to organic farming, natural building, eco-tourism community work and language teaching.
