We are a military family that loves to travel! We are also self reliant, prepared for most things and give back to different charities. Mainly Fisher House as they were a blessing when our oldest son was wounded.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just retired and hope to meet many surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our first surfers were here recently and introduced us to this world. It was a very gracious one I must say. Two very nice young ladies stayed with us while their sister graduated from Basic Training here on post.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Saw my son's face greeting me with a smile when landing back in this country after being wounded overseas. Saw a foal being born.

Teach, Learn, Share

Everyone. No matter the age or where they are from. We can learn something from them. Special knowledge that I have is Quilting. I love to do art quilts and can certainly show you the basics.
Hubby is a woodworker, although we don't have many tools now but he can explain some things about it and show you how to use a scroll saw.
We both can teach you about self reliance, preparedness and prosperity.
