I am very open minded & positive person (or so I am told by my friends) having travelled all over the world (well nearly!) - that is my goal. I love meeting people & making new friends. I have friends in many countries but want more. You can never have enough friends! I am trying to do as much as possible on this earth whilst I am here & am always looking for new experiences. I want to do as many 'firsts' as poss before I die!

MY COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:

I joined in 2009! Was hoping the first experience to be in Croatia back then BUT missed the flight (that's another story!).....the first was Syria & followed with Portugal. Now I am going to Croatia and will not miss the flight this time, which I didn't ! Since then have also added Tunisia and UAE (Dubai):

I love watching movies, old (black & white) & new - I must watch at least 1 or 2 every day of the week :-)

The list is now endless, very hard to remember all the titles however I like to go through IMDB top film lists & tick them off.

Only tend to read books when backpacking (fiction). however also like to read 'self development' books too (not whilst travelling tho!) ie. mars & venus, NLP, how to make friends & influence people etc :-)
