ABOUT ME

Easy going, accepting person

Born in England, lived in afew different towns in the UK including London, Liverpool, Southampton to name a few...Did some travelling around Europe, Euro pass train tour, also been to North/South America.
In 2008 I travelled by land from London to Singapore via the transiberian train.

I very much enjoyed my time and have decided to do more traveling, i loved China when I passed though in 2008 now Im back and staying a longer time...I am moving around paying for my travels by teaching English.

PHILOSOPHY

Relax, take your time...there is no need to rush.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just surfing, although when i settle down in a city and get a couch or space I will begin accepting surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ive stayed on friends couches in the past when traveling to their city or just when its easier than going home.
I have now met 2 Hosts and stayed with them.

Interests

I love to travel and meet new people, if I can meet someone who is really from the area I have a much better time.
I also like riding my bike and hiking although I have not done much hiking this year.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like almost all movies or books, but i rarely watch or read any.

I like music, all genre have some interest to me...I do usually listen to music but my tastes change often.

Well im an English teacher and a Native English speaker so maybe i can help you practice some English.
Im also quite good at living on a budget, id love to share some tips with you or talk about how to manage to spend the minimum amount of money.

Id like to improve my Mandarin Chinese. there are also many other skills id like to improve, teaching, writing, drawing. too many things i want to learn to list here.
